KARENA MChip and Sara were very accommodating! Great place, knowledgeable folks, friendly, and very customer focused. I would recommend this facility to anyone who values exceptional service and well-maintained equipment.
DENNIS SI was not told the time to return the uhaul and it wasn’t on the electronic receipt. After unloading, I stayed and rearranged and returned the uhaul after and was charged for an additional day with the excuse that a family went without. Though it was contactless drop off with the key in a box with other keys and a whole line of other uhauls returned that no one had access too, so the excuse of a family not getting it was bizarre and a lie.
