Charged us 12.00 for a cleaning fee when all that was in there was the rental blankets. Never had that happen before. How sad.
Lori EProvide the ability to remove equipment from the truck. Requiring us to have a hand truck and pads on the wall greatly reduces the amount of space you have to pack the truck. This location said Uhaul requires them to keep the equipment in the truck and they can't remove them for the customer. This is absurd because you lose quite of a bit of packing space due to Uhaul equipment being in the way.
