When I picked it up, it took the girl 25 minutes to find the dolly. She did not check the mileage or gas. When I returned it, the man tried to charge me $36 for gas (1gallon low) and $25 for what he claimed was mud on the seats. There was no mud, as we only used it in paved lots. He was also rude and raised his voice to me several times. I decided to do mobile return. App didn’t charge me any of the fees he said I owed him. Would never use this place again. Left google review of how bad it was.
