New tires on the trailer for our three day trip, everything went well. No news is good news. Will use again.
Ted MPrices kept changing after I made a reservation. Availability was on and then off. The only thing positive was Manny staying late so I could get the truck. He was kind.
Daniel LThis is a review for U-Haul, not this particular location. Truly a terrible experience overall. U-Haul had to change the pickup location of my reservation a few days prior to the move. Mixups happen, no big deal. Then, on the morning of my move - 20 minutes before I’m about pick up the truck, U-Haul tells me they have to change my pickup location AGAIN. This time, I have to drive 40 minutes round trip to this new location and back. It completely derailed my schedule and put me behind - I had movers scheduled and cleaning company scheduled at very specific times. To top it all off, the mobile check-in wasn’t properly loading and I had to refresh the page multiple times and go through the entire process of taking half a dozen photos multiple times. U-Haul lost a future customer if they don’t make this right.
