Nothing. The receptionist noticed I rented a hand cart and the small 10ft moving truck. She mentioned it did not have a loading ramp and suggested that if I needed one to go up a size in truck. I did, and it made the move so much easier. Quick check in and drop off. I will use this location again if I’m ever needing equipment again. Great service

JAMES VI don’t know the lady’s name but she is very helpful and checked to see that the required lighting worked.. I’ve rented from other places where I’ve hooked up the trailer myself and the “clerk” didn’t care or check any lights.. The lady at this location went above and beyond what was expected.
