I returned my rental on Tuesday before 5pm & they were closed due to " no power" from a fire in the area. I kept the keys and returned them at 8:15am the following morning because they have absolutely no signage on front door about a key Dropbox at rear of building. Lady was rude & charged me for an extra day. They couldn't even have checked the vehicle in the prior day because "the power was out". I'll never use that business again for anything!

Angelo MMarina was polite and helpful at first but on hook up day it began to disintegrate. It was necessary for me to drive around town to pickup needed hookup plugs for $55. finally on our way only to discover at a rest stop that the drivers side strap have come off the tire and the car had rolled back 3 “. I was able with help from a trucker to get it back in place. The rest of the trip was a worry that it might happen again. Luckily for all parties we did finally get the vehicle to Reno. Overall I must give a very low rating for the original location and a good rating for the drop off spot.
