The intoxicated representative was 30 minutes late, tow dolly lights were not operating correctly, the trucks undercarriage was covered in mud, stuck in rims and surrounded the brake calipers. Agent did not do a walkthrough. Every bump on the road dislodged mud which damaged trailing vehicles.

BRUCE ROne problem with the tie down on the passenger side for some reason the tire tie down on the driver side didn't hold it came un tied when I went to the Flagstaff u haul to return the transport dolly the tire tie down was already in ravel I was blessed to make it to my destination n one piece towing a car God is good Amen
