The gap at the counter was short (meaning demeanor) and rude. She has very bad customer service and did not speak of UHaul very positively. I won’t go back and will not recommend anyone else to go back either. Her helper was very nice and helped me out the blankets in my truck. If she doesn’t love her job, she should move on.
