Got a text the day before pickup saying “due to high volume your trailer is not available “ after we drove in from Houston to move my daughter home. This is the trailer that I secured over a month in advance. They wanted me to drive 41 miles to another location. Ended up giving me a truck for the same price but they closed in 3 hours so we had to hurry if we wanted it. in the end it worked out but I didn’t want to drive that truck to Austin. When you reserve something in advance you expect it! What can they do to improve? Maybe next time send someone To other location to pick up trailer instead of asking customer to and maybe expect high volume when it’s graduation weekend?

Was not staffed when I went to drop off rental. Looked like an abandoned lot. Did reach owner by phone, but was nervous leaving rental there as blankets and dolly could not be secured.
Nicci ENo one was available when we dropped the truck off. We took pictures so that we could prove we dropped the key off.
BETTY JAgain. Horrible location. No personel at this location. This location is not a used car lot either. This location is a broke down falling apart building that they use as a detail car wash shop sometimes. I wouldn't recommend picking up or dropping off at this location ever. U-Haul really should vet their subcontractors that they allow to conduct business for them
