No one was available when we dropped the truck off. We took pictures so that we could prove we dropped the key off.

Again. Horrible location. No personel at this location. This location is not a used car lot either. This location is a broke down falling apart building that they use as a detail car wash shop sometimes. I wouldn't recommend picking up or dropping off at this location ever. U-Haul really should vet their subcontractors that they allow to conduct business for them
WESLEY RThey changed me a extra 80 for no reason after i return the truck
logan TMade a reservation and I had to run around for 2 and a half hours out of my way to pick up. No equipment at my original reservation location. The U-Haul guy attached the trailer to the tow vehicle and trailer came off while driving. Never rent U-Haul again.
JAMES WThe vehicle shouldn’t be parked in knee high grass that we had to walk through to get to the vehicle. The vehicle was infested in ants.
