First, the location was very dirty. Second when I went to pick up my rental, the owner totally ignored made me as I waited an additional 20 minutes while he talked to someone that wasn’t even a customer. Next, the owner had a gun out in his office while I was waiting for him to finish the rental paperwork. Overall, between the extremely dirty and filthy location and the owner having a gun out on his desk, I will NEVER return to this location!!!! Nor will I tell any of my friends to rent a U-Haul from this particular location.

The only thing I would say is my reservation location was changed just before pickup to a location that was 15 minutes away from where I booked originally. As a result I had to go back through that process. This was no fault of the place I had first contacted this was done at the Uhaul corporate level. Not sure why that was done.
