This particular vehicle was new to this location and obviously not checked it was filthy the black mat in back was white from construction dust I took out mat and hoses it off so I wasn't blamed for there mess

LOIS S.Customer service very poor. Woman distracted and talking w co workers constantly. Very slow and no comparoson to inside a Uhaul facility. Poor lack of training. Did not check mileage or condition of van upon return. Will never go to this location again!
