Only 3 starts because the system at the location was down and I had to call Uhaul customer service and it took almost one hour to get the reservation done. Plus, uhaul advertisements are a lie. They advertising a truck for 19.99 at day but they charge xtra for insurance and mileage. I ended up paying almost 90 dollars.

RICKY HUhaul ripped me off, The extras i paid for, were not there when I picked up the truck. I have not received any refund, but they sure charged me for another day when I brought the truck back late.
