There was papers in the front seat that said “THIS MOTHERFXCKER IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS” Took 1.5 hr to complete pick up. It stormed that night. We barely made it back the next morning from the delays. We were told they had a dolly and for our trouble we would get it for free with our rental. There was no dolly but there was a bunch of boxes we didn’t need.

LAURIE MThe cab had a piece of crusty bread and leftover items from previous renters on the floor between the seats. But it was clean if you didn’t look too closely. The cargo area could have been swept, but it was empty aside from dirt and dust on the floor. It took a long time to take the vehicle off the lot. This was not a problem with the pick up location, but with U-Haul’s corporate computer system which was slow, possibly down for a time. My information had to be re-entered several times. Hats off to Linus on the corporate line who gave us more time to return the truck.
Craig MNo one knew what they were doing to check me in causing me to sit there for well over 45 minutes. Then upon bringing it back tried to charge me over $1000 because they rented out the wrong truck and the mileage was well over. Told me they would just charge me later and send me an invoice. Obviously i didn’t trust that, so they tried to call haul and you all were closed. Next day i had to contact you all they called the store and the associate still couldn’t figure it out and had to send someone out to help. They had no care or urgency at the store and kept telling me i need to return the next day. But once i moved out of the town why would i come back
Breanna TIt's just a gas station and the guy behind the counter didn't really seem to care that I was there. Granted, he was running the counter by himself but he had zero sense of humor and no cares about the transaction.
