Your computer system malfunctions frequently and my dispatch process was a nightmare, took nearly 2 hours to complete. Reservation not found, later cancelled. A subsequent call to confirm no charges on their arbitrary cancellation revealed 4 hours of computer issues company wide…..and this happens frequently!!
Peter FThe instructions for after hour pick up are horrible. The truck is old, smelled and was sticky inside. The window wipers have not been replaced in years. This location would be fine if they cleaned up the trucks and updated the pick up & drop off information. At least make it look like you care.
Michael PTow feature is engaged automatically upon vehicle ignition. Drivers wouldn't notice this, thereby causing undo stress upon transmission. This feature must not be automatically engaged, but rather an informed choice.
