We were informed when returning the trailer that the trailer provided was previously damaged and no one told us - it was in an ice storm. We informed the agent that the furniture and the 2 electric bikes were soaked and were told we would need to reach out to "main #" to get any refunds. We will be contacting for a refund. The furniture is an heirloom from my grandparents!

NATHAN PWhen you rent a one way for 2 days because you thought you could not make the drop off time in 1 day (which return the trailer before 24 hours) I should have been refunded for the extra day.
