However, I was confused about what time the truck was due back, so I was 2 hours late and missed their being open by like 10 min. I was told I’d not be charged for an extra day, and was. And I had fuel charges, where I had returned the Truck at 5/8, which is where it was when I picked it up. I hope to see relief on both, but have not had a response yet…..

Rebecca KWe were informed when returning the trailer that the trailer provided was previously damaged and no one told us - it was in an ice storm. We informed the agent that the furniture and the 2 electric bikes were soaked and were told we would need to reach out to "main #" to get any refunds. We will be contacting for a refund. The furniture is an heirloom from my grandparents!
