It took me 2 hours to get my truck. The people that rent the trucks are very rude. I had macy on the line from uhaul she told them my contract was approved to just give me the keys. She still had to take a copy of my driver's license and then macy demanded she give me the key. Will not ever rent a truck from there again. They are RUDE foreigners! I will go back to penske

Clinton MGuy at counter knew very little about U-Haul renting. Had to call on phone for help. He didn’t know enough to tell us we needed to check in online. I’m old school, and remember forms not all this new online stuff. Thankfully we won’t need a rental again from that location.
