Despite requesting an early pick up prior to location opening, the website acknowledging this and asking if I wanted a remote pick up, and confirming that I did, it was not flagged properly in my reservation. I was stuck trying to figure this out for half an hour through app downloads, calls to customer service, blah blah blah. I resent having to download an app for anything that can be done on a website and am particularly annoyed at having to take the time while in the middle of a time critical task.

Accessible uhaul app. It was hard to access pick up and drop along which delayed my pick up which l was charged spent time for an glitch app.
