Easy pickup and drop off. Had an issue with the lock tumblers sticking to retrieve the keys but finally got them.

NICOLE BDespite requesting an early pick up prior to location opening, the website acknowledging this and asking if I wanted a remote pick up, and confirming that I did, it was not flagged properly in my reservation. I was stuck trying to figure this out for half an hour through app downloads, calls to customer service, blah blah blah. I resent having to download an app for anything that can be done on a website and am particularly annoyed at having to take the time while in the middle of a time critical task.
NATHAN PAccessible uhaul app. It was hard to access pick up and drop along which delayed my pick up which l was charged spent time for an glitch app.
