It was a little frustrating to have to put two people (references?) in the app to call just so we could rent a truck, and then they were never called. It took longer than we wanted, but I like that the place didn't have to be open and we could do a pick up this way.
Marieta PThis location was great! Uhaul app wasn't working, as usual, but they took care of everything.
Richard WIt was after hours, so there were no people, so you should have an N/A option for the personnel question. It took quite a long time to upload the pictures when dropping off here - would have been nice if that could be quicker.
