We rented a U-Haul and the U-Haul drove fine, but decided to leak water in the mother’s attic and flood into the trailer section. I was told the person at the drop off location would handle everything for me to file a claim, but that was not correct! The mother’s attic leaked and damaged our sofas. Never trusting U-Haul again after getting the run around. Don’t trust it and if you get insurance like I did they will just give you the run around as well!

The place is not neat and clean. They had a lock box for returns. Used the phone app, that worked great. Florida was a great pick up point. Aiken was not
