The facility was ok and the manager was pleasant and helpful. While the vehicle was in good working order, the steering wheel was off center with a lot of play in steering. The steering was more challenging at 60 mph.Gary C.

Got charged $16:00 for 2 to 3 gallons of gas. I had driven through 4 separate gas stations that had completely run out of gas. The fifth station had two pumps open with around 20 vehicles waiting. The mileage on the truck was 16 miles. The truck was a 15 foot and the load was light.Scott B.

This location is the worst ever! The guy couldn't dispatch the equipment and I had to call uhaul to get him advice. It took an hour to get the vehicle on the road. Then they messed up the drop off location. The car dolly ratchets were old and wouldn't stay tight or fully latched, they were not maintained. The trucks roof leaked water as well. Then I was charged again during drop off. This was a terrible experience and I can't get any help from anyone. I have called twice.Matthew B.

Was trying to get a vehicle on late Sunday afternoon. Did schedule an appointment to pick up A vehicle that day over the Internet. Call the U-Haul store and was told at that time they closed at 5 PM. It was already 455. Did notify the U-Haul sales person I could be over there at no later than 5:05 PM but the U-Haul sales person refused to wait said he would drop a key in a box. I did everything I was supposed to do online and I could never ever get a key code. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to talk with you Home customer service help line it's still could not get this key out the box. The pick up was horrible. The guy at that U-Haul center was even worse. He refused to wait just five more minutes and because of that it caused me a lot of frustration because I simply had to pick up some thing and drive it all the way back three hours and was unable to do that. now and I'll have to make a second trip On another day this weekend to get that accomplished. That was a lot of time and effort put into trying to reserve a truck when I could never ever do it online. I'm so frustrated. And I'm so mad at the guy at the U-Haul service center who refuse to just wait a few minutes.Lorenzo S.
Fast service and good by uhaul dealer. In and out in quick time. Very helpful assistance with connection & return; I would definitely recommend Watkins for uHaul rental! FOR UHAUL corporate: May I suggest that UHAUL edit their online process when it pertains to payment and credit card information being input in advance with a ZERO total shown on receipt issued to equipment renter; then a second entry of the card information being required at check in at dealer location. This is confusing to renter because re-entering the credit card twice (online & at pick up) indicates the online charge was already completed prior. Additionally, it delays the renter's time at pick up location. I also made several attempts to "CHECK IN" in advance using uHAUL's website tool which does not work and was an exhaustive exercise in futility and not working. This online tool dysfunction needs uHaul's review or fix.marie K.

Owner was friendly but, Uhaul was not swept out in the back I ordered 5 dozen moving blankets and received 6 wet moving blankets. I don't think this was the fault of the location owner though Interior of Uhaul truck had drink spills all over console. We cleaned and swept out the truck before returning to you but we did not receive the truck in that manner.MICHAEL S.
The pick up location did not have what we ordered and they just called me and told me that. I had to call customer service and request help in securing the needed equipment. The dealer was not helpful at all. No training or walk thru was offered on pick up of the equipment other than what was offered online. We were given another UHAUL that was unsafe. Last time it was the tires this time it was the coupler assembly extension. This is unsafe and should not be on the road. When we contacted your so called road assistance they promised help BUT NEVER gave it. You are in the business to give to unsuspecting public dangerous and unsafe equipment. NOONE is pulling this for repair they rented it to the next person. Someone will be killed and I will be happy to testify of your disregard for safety.
