Need to contact gal for a refund. Trailer is not specifications as listed on site. 6x12 trailer with ramp is not 6’ wide. Took home and returned immediately because it was useless. Rented same trailer without ramp multiple times and it is true to listed specifications. Expect refund from U-Haul.
