please make sure to have your employees review the contract IN FULL WITH THE CUSTOMER. I was charged $20 for RENTING the furniture padding when I was TOLD I WAS BUYING THEM!!! NOT a good surprise when I recieved the email receipt!!

Make sure the equipment is in decent shape. I had my car trailer brakes give out less than an hour into my trip which then caused a 6 hour delay while it was repaired, extending what was already a 13'ish hour trip into nearly 20.

We waited for over 15 minutes to drop of because the one girl was arguing with a customer on the phone about a bill and the other girl was moving vehicles. They told us to take it out back ourselves and we had to drive over a mattress in the drive way that they said oh somebody dropped that off we have to move it. My husband had to unload the trailer and they came out at the end and one helped him lift it off. Then I asked for a receipt and was told I dont need one and I said I wanted one that it was returned and she acted irritated. Then while standing waiting for a receipt I saw a man laying on top of desks stacked on top of each other. Over the cameras on the screen And I made a comment to the lady and she said to the other lady do you see that. and she said oh well its hot and he is taking a break. Very unprofessional and I realize she was having a difficult time with the previous customer but very unprofessional and acting like we were irritating her being there. If we have to rent again we will not go back to the Tallmadge location.

I was over charged 19 miles. I am sure about this. It was my fault for not taking a picture of the speedometer. If not for this fault, I would have given this location above average. I think it is not good when I have to resort to recording ever detail to make sure I do not get cheated!!

My credit card was charged twice! When I made them aware they were rude and told me I was wrong. So I called my bank on speaker phone so they could here for themselves I was in fact CORRECT!! The fact that they had three employees that were children didn't help!!! I asked to speak to a manager and I was told that wasn't possible! Meanwhile they entire time I'm dealing with this person he is also on the phone! I still have not received my money owed so I filed a police report for my bank! WORD TO THE WISE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!

Truck was older than B. ARTHUR...brake lights didn't work, and the RPMs shot up to 5000 when I hit the brakes. When I went to return it, there was a line of 6 people, one cashier (who rode away on a bicycle). I dropped the key and left. Terrible experience

The only nagging problem was the passenger side rear-view mirror. Checking every single item sometimes may sometime not happen, but overall the experience was good. Perhaps more attention to mirrors would help.

Please lower your $30 fuel sales fee and mileage charges. Too high. Can't afford to continue patronizing you. Will need to find a lower price moving company.

Communicate in advance during the reservation process that an estimate number of miles need to be calculated before taking the truck. Having that info in advance helps gauge the truck size needs better.

The equipment was fine and functioned well. I am overall troubled with the experience because I was required to put your equipment away for you and in the process I damaged my vehicle which I will now have to repair. I doubt I will be back.

I was very upset about the "forced insurance" clause. I have full coverage and have a $500 deductible (which I could have shown proof) and I would have risked but your policy makes a person sign that I would immediately pay up to $45,000 if any damages occurred unless I bought your insurance policy...I won't be renting from you again.

Have your customer service representatives be more helpful. We all get busy but taking that extra time out to help a frustrated mover can make a bad a big difference.

I drove 65 miles in the uhaul. I took it back to the gas station before returning it to the vendor. I put 10 dollars in the gas tank filling it slightly over what it had when I picked it up. This would put the vehicle at 13 miles to the gallon at 5 gallons. And it was the smallest truck on the lot. I was then later charged another 7.50 in fuel once I reviewed my receipt. Very disappointed in this action.

The back of the truck was not clean from previous renter,until I cleaned it,I said something about it to management he said that he was sorry,but it would've been nice if he would've taking a little off my bill for my services cleaning previous renters mess
