We dropped off the truck on Monday, September 7th around 1 pm and went in to the business to turn in the key and see if there was anything else that we needed to do. They asked if the gas was back to the level from pick up, which it was, and said that was all they needed to know. Our check out deadline was on the 7th by 7 pm. On Tuesday, September 8th we were contacted by U-Haul saying that our truck was overdue. I called Chicos and asked about the issue and they said that since they were not "officially" open on Monday as a U-Haul location (just open as their regular buisness) they had not entered the return yet, but would do that today. I asked if that would mean we would have to pay a late fee and they said it should not effect what we owed for the rental.

Winston WI was not happy with the overall experience, but it was no fault of this location. I went to the Uhaul location in Pelham by my house and reserved a truck for 7/23. The person entered the incorrect date and my reservation got canceled and they had no trucks available. So I had to call to get another reservation at this location which was farther away from me and more of a hassle to get to.
PHILLIP KIt’s a uhaul dealer that’s attached to tire shop. Just happened to have the trailer I needed but would prefer to go to a uhaul dealer up the road. Staff was friendly. In and out in a timely manner.
