I returned the trailer on the day I was supposed to and still got charged for an additional day. On top of that I received an email and a text message two days later saying that I had not returned the U-Haul trailer. Lack of communication between location and U-Haul. Get it together !

NICKLAS MOriginal pickup location called the day before to assign this location. Trailer had cardboard, pallets as well as trash, dirt and grime. I have pictures of me cleaning it out and sweeping it. The worst experience I have ever had with UHaul!
Mike CThis location was behind a gas station smoke shop. It was not easy getting into the parking lot and when I went inside they asked me to pull the trailer up front near gas pumps so she could inspect it since she was the only one working and could not leave the building. The I was told to bring it out back and leave it somewhere with no direction or help. I used the app to unhook the trailer but I had to lift and remove it on my own and it was extremely heavy and I think I injured my back and neck!
