Truck was roach infested and dirty it should have never been rented I brought it back early I would like a refund or free rental

The equipment was damaged. Someone had been sleeping in it. Did not have replace equipment of same size. Mom & pop pick-up places in Tampa have not successful for me.
Mark SMy equipment was not set aside at original location. Had to go to another location and second location did not have the keys for the 10’ truck I reserved so I had to rent a 15’ truck which was more expensive and burned more gas.
adrian sThe U-Haul’s are being used by homeless. I have plenty of photos of all of the alcohol bottles outside of the units. That latch was not functioning. The unit was filthy on the inside.
