The gas gauge was not working properly. I was overcharged at the end. I told them it was not working.by phone . I had a schedule to meet and had to empty a storage unit that very day. It took a very long time to get the keys and shortened my limited driving time. It was extremely frightening to drive the truck not knowing if it would run out of gas or not. I drove in the early morning hours to stay away from other drivers. I returned via 19 through Olean from Fochester. It took a long time I had to drive slow. It was the worst driving experience. Uhaul had no business renting me a truck that is malfunctioning. Money should be refunded. We were overcharged with a second bill. Its outrageous.
