U-Haul needs to test and fix its software. The online ordering process is peculiar in the it's not clear if the order was set (I had to drive to the pickup site to be sure). U-Haul's mover help software segment is broken as it continually asked for my phone number and never connected to a mover (I ended up loading the truck myself instead). The mobile phone check-in process took almost an hour to complete and much of it could have been done at the initial ordering process. U-Haul should subtract an hour's rental time for app users. Lastly, the mobile phone checkout process never completed. I did it twice, and the app still prompted me to complete the check out.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app was totally useless. I had to wait for the location to open 3 hours later than I reserved the truck. The staff was great, and very helpful. Your uhaul app was very frustrating, and I would NOT recommend anyone to use it.

Marilyn IOne of the worst retail/customer experiences of my life. The two men working there had no idea how to help. They didn't know what returning a truck even meant. They tried to take my contract from me. Then they never inventoried my truck.
Zachary EThe person in charge of the Uhaul was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend
