I scheduled a 15 truck online several weeks in advance to be picked up at a convenient location. The day before I received a call explaining that I would have to pick up the truck at another location 30 minutes further away and very inconvenient - I was given no other options. You need to coordinate better and deliver the truck at the location requested when the reservation is made. I’m unlikely to use U-Haul again based on this total disregard for delivering the truck per the reservation details that were originally scheduled

The Gentleman was very friendly.
Matt BI had to leave my personal vehicle in a neighboring parking lot which I was worried about but it ended up being ok. I tried to complete the entire check-in process on my mobile device but ended up still having to speak with the people at the front desk to get the keys anyway, so it might just be easier to skip the online check-in and speak directly to the workers at the desk. The workers were incredibly friendly and helpful and made the rest of the process much easier.
