My location pick up was changed an hour before my pick up time. This location caused me to add 10 more miles to my anticipated use which was not taken into consideration. When I went to return the van, the clerk was no where to be found. He had people waiting in the store who had been there for 20 minutes. We finally found him coming from across the street. He left the store completely unmanned, everything wide open.

Great place, my tow vehicle hitch height was too tall for the trailer and the guy there fixed everything by lending me a hitch so had it all solved in 2 minutes.

If these comments are pertinent to the location, my comments don't apply. However, the Self Pick-Up process needs some fine tuning or better disclosure on terms. If a location says they are open at a certain time they should be open at that time... the original location not being open caused me to have to drive across town to get a truck due to issues with the Self Pick-Up process not working.

I used the service of "moving the ball" and it was great. Joe and Alexia did actually a great job. I would ask for them by name if I would ever move out again. They showed in time and managed to load my furniture in the truck and unload it in another address in only three hours, although I live on the third floor!! They were very friendly and professional in their work. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a moving service. Thanks for this wonderful effort-free experience.

I ended up going to two locations. The equipment appeared to be in better shape, but they had no 2" ball which was extremely frustrating. I rented a car hauler that caused my gas mileage to increase substantially. Never actually transported a vehicle on the rented unit.

I'm upset that I rented a truck for a day,didn't even use it for it's intended purpose and couldn't get a refund. $45 completely wasted.. personally I felt like uhaul especially at this location should be more understanding.

I was asked for my ZIP code when I ordered the truck miles estimated 942, actual miles logged was over 200 miles less then the estimate and charged miles. 200 miles off from my original miles logged, so I feel I was overcharged and they would not refund any money. I also returned the truck a day early than estimated 4 days and they would not refund any money from their estimate.
