henry g | First ImpressionsGreat people, friendly and respectful. Once a month I enjoyed visiting to pay my bill, I was always treated like an old friend. Checking out was my only “hiccup”… I checked out a week early, but I was still receiving emails about payment due, and then an overdue notice. But to be fair, the gentleman (I did not know him) was very busy and probably just forgot to finish my check out. It only took a short visit (the one guy that is always there working) to take care of my final check out. The two and a half years that I used the storage unit was definitely a positive experience.
