Martin S. | Overall ExperienceThe staff were friendly and helpful, and the actual storage facility was generally well maintained. However, the location is a problem. It's in a rough part of town, and there were no security gates. The parking lot was frequently littered with broken furniture and other trash. I watched people taking drugs, others passing out on the sidewalk near the storage unit. So while the staff did their best to keep the facility secure and presentable, I did not feel particularly safe there.
