They are Beyond exceptional! Even if they weren't convenient, I go out of my way to go and rent through this location for sure! Always friendly, always kind, trucks are always ready to go and clean and full of gas! They explain everything thoroughly, and again, are so so kind!

10 ft truck had no ramp. I should have been notified of this at time of reservation. I thought all trucks had a ramp.

Jacob MI have been to this location this time of year for a few years, but this time was different. I had scheduled a 10 foot truck moving truck and when I picked it up and drove off with it, the low tire pressure light was on as well as the engine light I drove less than a block, stopped and called and was told I should return the truck. I returned the truck and it took quite a while to get a replacement. I did not noticed, nor was I given information about how much gas was in the tank. They have always pointed out the gas level and reminded me that it needed to be at that point when I return it. The first one was full. I assumed this one would be full as well when I returned it after a one day rental the gas cost me $35. I drove 22 miles. It seemed extremely excessive to me. I should have checked the gas tank. I had people waiting for me to bring the truck and it was something I overlooked. In my haste, I left my telephone in the first truck and did not realize this until I had driven home. Because of the issues with the first truck, it caused a lot of anxiety and stress
