There was no direction on where to park the truck. The mobile app kept making me retake pictures over an over again. Thank goodness I was there an hour early. I feel this app could cause someone to be charged extra bc of how it kept making me retake pics over and over again. I used the same pics and it later accepted them. Seems like a dishonest way for UHaul to make money.

We paid extra for blankets and did not get them. We returned the truck after hours and the lock box for the key was broken.
