After being 30 minutes late to the location from when she told me she would be there, employee gave me the keys and told me I needed to send her photo of mileage and gas levels. I did that and was on my way. About an hour later another U-haul employee arrived at the house and proceeded to tell me the truck was reported as stolen and that I stole the keys. The employee opened the gate to allow me out, so I am unsure how I stole the keys…. Terrible customer service!
