I know circumstances happen but waited a long time (3hrs) for someone to come for roadside assistance after dealing with a leaking tire for about 1.5hrs before contacting you. It took them and hour to fix (thankfully not longer). I know you can only do so much with dependence on providers. Another Uhaul customer was also waiting on repair at same stop, that provider was able to come and repair their job but left an hour or so before my provider was able to come. A two hour trip turned into 6 hrs
