My original location choic ecould not accoodate so UHau transered my order to the Kwik Auto. I ordered an appliance dolly which was not included in the truck. The truck itself didn't seem well maintained and the furniture dolly in it was cracked. I did a mobule pick up so was unable to address these issues at the time. I have rented many times from UHaul and never had an issue but this particular rental was messed up. I had to move appliances with furniture dolly and that was a fiasco to say the least. I am not sure where the order got so screwed up but very disappointing. I don't know that this location can be blamed but there was a disconnect somewhere. Oh and we also left more than half a tank in fuel and still paid $.89 mile.

Asked for a truck for 9am, however, location for pickup was changed from my preferred rental location to one that didn't open until 11am. Was directed to use lockbox to retrieve truck keys. Lock was difficult to open, after repeatedly trying unsuccessfully to get the lock to work I called the owner and he sent someone to open the lock. Truck was dirty (had to sweep it out before loading furniture), had only 1/4 tank of gas to begin trip, and a/c wasn't cooling very well. Will not rent from UHaul again if I have to use this location.
Hope FI dropped truck off with the same amount of gas as I picked it up and was charged $10 for fuel charge

Michael KLocation was closed on the day of return, which I was made aware of when the location was selected, check-in was smooth. No issues.
