Location was convenient but I found the on-site representative extremely unhelpful. They never answered the phone when I tried to call. They were keen to have me use the online guide but when it was difficult could provide no assistance otherwise. Picking up the truck felt extremely clunky and if for some reason I couldn’t access the key or had trouble there would be no one to contact. If the business hours say you’re open you should be ready to help guests if needed. I would warn friends that they will find little to no customer service at this location.
