Gas was empty, they said Uhaul does not allow them to put gas in trucks if empty. Paperwork I signed said 1/4 tank; however, it was < 1/8 tank when I started the truck.

ESPERANZA CHours listed online are incorrect and the business was not open both times I attempted to drop the truck off. Street parking is limited so it makes the truck 24/7 drop off difficult.
