The location and operator were helpful. However, the Uhaul I reserved wasn't returned by the previous renter. Uhaul needs to improve reservation process to ensure vehicles are available. I suggest spacing out reservations (4 hours) to minimize booking overlap.

Sabrina ZGreat experience with all the U-Haul representatives. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the wait time on the phone was very minimal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
Gabriel DThe truck was dirty inside, empty water bottle and snack wrappers. The cup holder had liquid and trash in it too. I received the truck with about 5/8 of a tank and returned it that way, however they claimed the truck was full when I checked it out.
