Although the uhaul system was down when I went in to pick up the trailer, the staff at this office handled it professionally.

Jim GDid not include pads in truck. Facilities manager was very friendly but unable to help with uhaul. Spent 40mins on the phone with customer service before I could drive away. Picking up here on Sunday, using the app, was a nightmare.
