Jim GWe reserved a 20 foot truck. Showed up and got a 15. I had a full conversation with who made the reservation about sizing and was considering the 26 so for sure reserved the 20. It felt like no effort was made to make it right , pretty much sorry about your luck. Due to this we had to make 2 trips instead of one and was not compensated for the mistake made and had to pay for extra miles. The truck itself was fine , just alittle too small for what we needed .
