I booked online with a special offer. The computer online did not sync up with the local pickup spot. The poor worker spent an hour on the phone with Uhaul company to straighten it out. If I didn’t have screen shots of my online transaction I’d have been out of luck. PLUS I received a call the day before pickup from Uhaul main company to say my size truck wasn’t available at my pickup location, even though online said it was so they upgraded the size for free. In reality the pickup location had MULTIPLE types of vehicles and trailers that online said they did not including the smaller truck I booked. Inventory system between reality and the computer online and with main Uhaul is severely out of sync. Overall everything worked out because the people at Allegan Uhaul were VERY NICE AND CAPABLE!
