The employee who assisted me, John, was extremely rude, not only to me, but the other employees. Unfortunately, of the 3 employees in the store, he was the only one who knew how to use the Uhaul system for rentals. I will NEVER do business at that store again. The van was filthy. I've rented Uhauls many times. They are always immaculate. The cab was so dirty. I couldn't wait to return it. I actually turned it in early.
