When I picked up the truck to use it, the interior was very dirty—something that had never happened to me before when renting these vehicles. I believe the issue lies with this specific service location. I will continue renting your trucks, but not from this branch. Excellent prices—thank you.

I ordered a dally to come with the truck, the lady charge my whole contract and stated afterwards she doesn’t have any dallys at her location and she couldn’t do my refund. She said I would have to contact customer service to do it. I just find it to be very unprofessional.
