Issue 1 - location is gated and locked at night even though app shows it as 24 hour return. Lot is very hard to access even when open due to the multiple businesses here. Issue 2 - I left my prescription sunglasses in truck by accident. Truck was still there next day when I called and they stated they did not find them. I told them exactly where they were and know they were still in the truck.
