U-Haul transferred my pick-up reservation to X Treme Connections but did not notify me that it was not a 24/7 U-Haul facility. Call to verify hours prior to pickup. The process was easy and despite it being a tight space, the truck was aligned to leave easily. I would recommend this location if you are okay with driving in the city.

The staff at X treme connections are always helpful, friendly, and professional which is one of the reasons I rent from them. Plus the location is ideal. The van I had yesterday could use a cleaning. The cupholders have a lot of crumbs and debris. The front passenger seat still has some dog hair and one of the tires has a bad sensor. Although this is probably out of their control, i wasn't able to add the van to my EZPass because there were outstanding tolls on it. I'll email EZPass about this. I had to pay the higher toll amount because of this and now need to wait for a bill.
