I originally signed up online on the U-Haul website, indicating I wanted the Bethlehem, / Stefko boulevard location for pick-up. When I arrived at the Stefko boulevard location, I was notified that the pick up location had been changed to Allentown because Bethlehem doesn't rent trucks for drop-off in other locations. I was notified via text of the change, but I didn't open it. It irks me that U-haul's online rental program couldn't look at the Stefko boulevard location as the online transaction was happening, and notify me at that time that Stefko boulevard wasn't going to be available for my preferred rental. In my mind, this was a failure of the online booking system that caused inconvenience to me on the day of the rental. A software fix doesn't seem like a huge obstacle to me. FIX YOUR ONLINE BOOKING SOFTWARE!

George SU-Haul transferred my pick-up reservation to X Treme Connections but did not notify me that it was not a 24/7 U-Haul facility. Call to verify hours prior to pickup. The process was easy and despite it being a tight space, the truck was aligned to leave easily. I would recommend this location if you are okay with driving in the city.
BRIAN BThe staff at X treme connections are always helpful, friendly, and professional which is one of the reasons I rent from them. Plus the location is ideal. The van I had yesterday could use a cleaning. The cupholders have a lot of crumbs and debris. The front passenger seat still has some dog hair and one of the tires has a bad sensor. Although this is probably out of their control, i wasn't able to add the van to my EZPass because there were outstanding tolls on it. I'll email EZPass about this. I had to pay the higher toll amount because of this and now need to wait for a bill.
