Absolutely horrible experience, essentially stole money and I refuse to pay what is being claimed. I will not pay for something when I'm being told I literally am not allowed to bring the truck back to the location they insist was me putting on the reservation and instead say I have to bring it to a place that will charge me a bogus fee.

So many hidden fees. The first guy was nice but the second guy who served me was so rude and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The hidden fees are astronomical.

LUCAS WPoor set up and only one person working doing uhaul, gas and propane. Had to wait a very long time as he kept running to pump gas, and the system crashed. Truck had no gas in it and we were already behind due to the poor set up and now we got even further behind as we had to get gas.
