At my location, back-up personnel should be made to respond to assist at busy times, while we were being served one customer at the gas pump left (upset) for lack of response. The employee serves fuel pumps, propane and U-Haul customers.

uhual changed my time of pick up and location this location was 45 min further from the other one so i had to pay extra mileage and gas for that which added up to 100$ extra and uhaul didnt any of that fuck u and ur company

This place was the most helpful, easiest place to get in and staff went above and beyond to help me. And having the gas bar there was great to fill the tank full. At least you didn't have to use an outside lane to fill up as that's all they have there... outside lanes. Both guys that helped me there were pleasant and even had the forms ready before I got there!

1. The driver's door did not open from the outside. Had to go through the passenger side each time. 2. We ordered one dozen moving blankets. We were given seven and they were dirty and full of leaves. 3. We had to go all the way to Almonte to get our truck which added to our mileage and therefore cost.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion on the process for releasing the auto transport I rented, since I arrived with a UHaul truck from another location. I had to do two separate reservations because not all of the equipment was available at one spot. I ended up spending a lot of idle time waiting for the transaction to be completed.

The trailer I reserved was not there. Was disappointing as I had to settle for a smaller trailer than what i needed. They told me that it got booked on a one way just a few days prior to my rental..

Very disappointed with the service/experience. We booked from 9am-5pm. We didn't get the til almost 10am which was our fault. I called around 4pm to extend and they told me I had to have back by 5:45pm. We had just finished loading the uhaul and I knew it would ot be done by then but told him we would go as fast as we could. We finished at 6pm and I went racing back to drop it off. Meanwhile there were numerous calls on my phone from the rental place. My boyfriend answered the phone and was very frustrated by the man because he was speaking to him like he was stupid. My boyfriend yelled at the guy (we had a very stressful day and didn't need his sh*t on top of it). Then when I arrived the guy told me he didn't appreciate whomever answered the phone yelling at him and I just told him i wasn't the one on the phone but he continued on me. I had told them we were running late. Then after that they charged me a FULL extra day!!! I was 1.25 hours late and they charged me the $15 charge for a second day on top of that!!!! Will NEVER go back.
