I was charged for things i specifically decided, did not request or receive and feel I was overcharged for gas. Upon calling in with these additional charges that led to a large bill that was put onto my credit card, the representative at the location was friendly to speak to, but informed me that there was nothing he could really do. I was left with a feeling of being very miss led and cheated. I then called U-haul directly to file a claim that now I have to wait to have proven before anything can be done to rectify the additional charges. I was excited to try a new mode of transport for pick ups, and if a simple rental would come to this, I would have never chosen u-haul. The policies that I were explained to me, I feel were not the kind of service that I would expect from a professional company, nor have experienced with any other truck rental company. The site advertises a very different experience and outcome to what I ended up having. I am still awaiting reconciliation for my rental.

jodi jI had a really hard time using mobile pickup, due to very poor cellular reception. It would be great if Ace Country & Garden could offer either an open wifi access point, or let customers know what the wifi password is to either their U-Haul or Ace access points.

MAUREEN KTruck was not clean when I got it, mud caked tires mud on the floors. Didnt get the text for pre trip inspection tell after i had left, no contract paper. the fuel level was marked at 5/8 on the app yet it was at 1/4 so got charged the extra for fuel when I had left it with 7/16 of a tank. The kid was very rude and distracted took 20 minutes for him to do computer side for my reservation. Do not recommend this location as they will charge you extra and you have to clean out the truck to use it.
