Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! I really appreciated Manny taking the time to explain things to me as I go!I had to leave my car there to take the van. I moved by myself & have many stalkers. There was cig. smoke in my car & a Camel Cig. put out beside my car! Did not appreciate that!!!! Thank You So Much For Asking! Jackie
JACQUELINE JManager was very helpful and was able to answer my questions when I called regarding the truck rental
CYNTHIA DManny had wonderful customer service, but the rest of the experience was terrible. The U-Haul was filthy dirty and there were parts of the truck that had dents and issues with them. It leaked water on the right hand side when I mention something to them, I was told there was nothing they can do about it, they just receive the truck and then give it to the next person. I was very upset about how the other gentleman treated me I had to drive my U-Haul to Carson City with a five-year-old And I was very worried about the condition of the U-Haul
