Only issue was the tandem wheel trailer had a slow leak from a nail in the right rear tire that got worse once it was loaded up. I had an air compressor with an air chuck so I was able to refill it. No big deal.

Chantella BCustomer service was better than anywhere else! The gentlemen who works at this location is knowledgeable and honest about how hard it is for the correct equipment to come to this area. He let us know ahead of time that we may have to travel to pick up what we needed. Luckily for us, he provided exceptional care and was able to get everything we needed 2 days earlier than we needed it. He is the best Uhaul employee I have ever encountered.
