LEONARD DThe clerk tried to argue with me about the equipment that I was renting saying that it wasn't able to be used for what I needed it for even though it said on the website itself and I even showed him the screenshot and the website that the vehicle trailers can be used to haul bulky items that. Won't fit on a regular trailer. It took 5 people yelling at him before he finally let me pick up the equipment that I had rented. He needs to be fired.

Roger Omy trailer rental was a one way. there is a Uhaul drop off location (Sandy's) about a mile from my destination in Georgetown. Sandy's does not show up as an option at the Alpine Uhaul rental location.

Jordan MNot a location problem, but the self-service app crashed during return when I was trying to add photos. When I restarted, it considered the case closed and wouldn't let me add. ANd this form is broken; it refuses to accept a "not applicable" on "wewre the personnel helpful? There wasn't anybody there.

Fernando MIT is a small office. Outdoor site for self dropoffs. Not much more than that. My trailer had a flat tire as i returned it.

David MReturned unit after hours, employee free. Called location upon receipt of text confirming rental was secure and complete. Gregory was polite and courteous. I was advised I had left some personal items in the cab of the unit, and that I could return to retrieve. Look forward to utilizing services again in the future.

David MI had a problem dropping off with the app, but after calling the 1-800 number (who were super helpful) I ended up leaving the vehicle at the location. Only a couple minutes after opening the next day I received an email with my receipt for returning the truck. Sadly I am not sure who at that location is so quick to get everything complete, but they deserve some praise.

David MGreg, has made this uhaul store look as professional as any meteo uhaul.
David MEven though the guy was nice I later found out that the trailer did not meet safety codes. Front right strap to secure vehicle was too short so that I was unable to secure my vehicle. I was told that my tires are oversized as an excuse but my tires are the same size that the vehicle comes with. They are not oversized. The strap was cut because it was frayed from previous use and I did witness this. Later after loading my vehicle 2 tires were very low on air. I later find out that the rims were damaged. Luckily I took video of the trailer before driving it from the location of pick up. Once I observed the video I noticed the rims were already damaged and I also observe the rims to have a sticker on them showing that this damage was known and was not fixed prior to me taking the trailer. This left me in a position that could’ve left me with my vehicle being damaged and or worse placing me and others in danger.
